You have the right to return the product you received within 14 calendar days through the transport company we work with and request its replacement with another size or another product or a refund.
For purchases over 70 € the first change of a product is made with a charge of the jewelbox-stasas.gr store.
For changes / returns beyond the first one or for purchases under 70 € the charge amounts to 3 €.
In any case the returned products must be in the condition received by the customer.
This means:
- Do not have any damage and their packaging should be the one that normally accompanies the product.
- To be in excellent condition.
- Be accompanied by all the documents with which the product was delivered (eg Retail Receipt, etc.).

Refunds
Our store in any case of cancellation of order or return of products already paid, refunds the full purchase price except delivery costs (total shipping costs and any cash on delivery costs of the order).
In cases of bank deposit or cash on delivery, the user declares a bank account number for the return of his payment, in cases of purchase via credit card, the card is credited immediately, while in cases of purchase via PayPal, the money is returned to the user via PayPal.
